The Challenge:
The project involved condensing hours of event footage into short-form edits that would work in a fast-moving social feed. The key challenge was making the experience feel present and immersive for people who were not there, while keeping pacing punchy and energetic. Delivery was also time-sensitive, with a fast turnaround of around 3 days.
The Approach:
The edits were cut in Premiere Pro with a social-first mindset: fast pacing, fun transitions like swipes and zooms, and a dynamic montage structure. The goal was to keep it feeling warm and authentic, closer to UGC than a polished brand advert.
Multiple editors worked in parallel to meet the deadline, with feedback managed through Frame.io to keep reviews tight and organised.
The Results:
The final videos were published on Fujifilm social channels and used as short-form highlights for the event. While detailed engagement metrics were not available, the edits succeeded in capturing the atmosphere and making the event look genuinely fun and worth attending.
