Digital Dilemma
Editing and Social
Media brand
Summary:
Social-first advertising and testimonial edits designed for retention, trust, and paid performance.
Platforms: Paid social ads and website case study section

Production notes: 3-point lighting, 2-camera interview setup (A cam tripod, B cam Ronin gimbal), DJI lav mic, infinity wall
Workflow: Frame.io reviews and calls
The Challenge:
Digital Dilemma needed testimonial-led advertising content that felt authentic and engaging on scroll-first platforms. The biggest challenge was keeping attention in paid placements without making the testimonials feel overly salesy. The shoot also had practical constraints. Clients were on set in person and could only be held for a short time, so interviews needed to move fast while still capturing a real story.
The Approach:
The edit approach was story first. Questions were planned in advance, but clients were encouraged to speak in their own words. Each piece focused on the customer journey: the problem before working with Digital Dilemma, what changed, and why it mattered.
To keep energy high and make the stories easy to follow, the videos used punchy pacing, fun music, and heavy motion graphics with dynamic on-screen text throughout. App visuals and supporting story graphics helped avoid long stretches of a single talking head. Imperfect moments like laughter were kept in to protect authenticity.
The final delivery included cutdowns per location so the team could run tests and emphasise different moments depending on the audience and placement.
The Results:
The videos were used on the website inside a dedicated case study section and deployed in paid ads. They supported sales conversations and helped win new clients by making results feel credible and easy to understand.
